No. Most people start with a problem, not a spec. Working out what to build is part of the work.

Do you work with businesses outside Hawaiʻi?

Yes. I’m based in Hawaiʻi and work remotely with businesses anywhere.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the project. After our first call I’ll give you a clear quote, so there are no surprises.
