What I Did

Led the full creative and production process for shop-in-shop displays, digital components, print marketing, and retail space presentations. Managed cross-functional teams including project managers, surveyors, field operations, and construction crews. Drove product and marketing program approvals with key retail partners and orchestrated multiple vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
