The Challenge
Running a small design and development practice means managing projects, files, feedback, invoices, and client communication across too many disconnected tools. Every client portal product I evaluated was either too generic, too expensive, or not built for how I actually work.
02 · Approach
What I Did
Designed and built a full-stack client portal from scratch. The portal handles the entire client lifecycle: onboarding, project phase tracking, file delivery with approval workflows, invoice creation and payment, asset uploads, messaging, and email notifications. Clients get a clean, branded experience. I get a single system that runs my practice.
